Dupuytren Literature: Extended flaps

Dupuytren surgery often involves flaps. Most often, these are local Z- or Y-V plasties, and are used to gain longitudinal length in primary fasciectomy. Less often, extended, regional, or free flaps are used in redo surgery or to replace heavily involved skin.
